3* and 4* used to worth some HP when sold, but not anymore. Occasionally you can sell developed character for HP if that character was severely impacted by a game balance change, but I think that’s only happened twice (Spiderman, Thor+Wolverine), though the HP you get isn’t very much.
Yeah, they never did get around to offering a bonus rebate like that for Ragman did they…
