There is absolutely no point in having a moving bar aside from maybe satisfying the primal urge of seeing bars fill up.
You could have a bar animation for me tapping the level up button instead!
I hate trying to see how long to hold it down to not waste runes.

I am glad they changed it to work in more gradual steps so it’s at least possible not to overflow, but I’m also depressed that they did that because it shows they’re too stubborn to just make it work sensibly.
Never underestimate our primal urge to see bars fill up!
