4s don’t really belong to latest or classics as they are totally random.
However now that you bring up the topic, 4s (and 5s on classic store) are pictured on the stores because of their usage-popularity, something that devs can track it very well.
Melinda is one of the most useful 4s.
Black Knight is on latest according to what I said: that means, despite all what was said on his release about him, actually people use him and seek for him.
I doubt anyone keeps track of the 4* image rotation in Latest or Classic. If there’s anyone who does that, could I get a shock?
