Might be the costume, I think the Cap3 costume has only ever been on sale for hard cash, while the IM40 costume has been in a vault or VIP package.
The Cap one was it at least one vault because I have it and I dont buy costumes.

Fair enough, I usually don’t buy costumes and got the IM but not the Cap costume.

My guess is they are supposed to be the same elevated prices because $9.99 has been the floor for 3* costume bundles this year. They just messed up when they re-ran the Cap one, and copy and pasted it with the same old price without updating it to new pricing.
