Zenpool:

We’re a top 100 (sometimes too 50) PVE alliance and hopefully soon a top 100 PVP alliance (currently landing top 150ish but looking to improve on that).
Our requirements are minimum 100% progressions in PVE and 5,000 in PVP Season (that’s about 500 per PVP during the season on average with no PVP requirements in the off-season).
We have a private facebook group for communication, but if you can’t join that’s not a dealbreaker, just be social on the in game chat.

Let me know if you’re interested! We have a couple underperformers I’m looking to replace after they have proven their lack of performance as consistent.
