2-star Cap’s red power won’t let me select a tile to apply the countdown timer. Also, it seems the cost of his yellow power has been cut in half.
I can reproduce this. It was working for me as recently as 4 or 5 days ago.
recreated on Deadpool daily quest, no supports.
Looks like there was a new data push.
That fixed the issue for me.
