Since Howard the Duck is 1st season pvp, do you think devs will start making a regular thing? When I see other posts saying they want 4* pvp’s, i think they really mean they want 4* and under pvp’s with no 5*'s. Cause if they want 4*'s with 2 5*'s it will be real drag during season.

But I doubt this is a new norm. We previously had Elektra’s PvP ran mid season and haven’t had another re-run until now.
Agree with OP…I don’t have the two champed 5*'s to be facing 2x champed 5* + huge/champed 4* every single event in-season. Talk about a time/health sink, ug.
If 5*'s were the rewards, maybe 5* PVP should be a thing. But it shouldn’t replace 3* PVP, it should supplement it.
Sure, if they add the cover at a lower progression score.
