Account Linking issue, from Android to iPhone! [Solved]

I was originally playing the game on my android device,

but I recently upgraded to iPhone but when I into my Facebook account it doesn’t link back to my original account with all the purchases I made,

so it pretty much made me a whole new account for my iPhone, and my main account is still working on android.

Is there any fix that I can do to get my original account on my iPhone?

You need to open a ticket with Customer Support. The game does not support having one account linked to devices with different OS, so the CS will have to transfer the account for you
