Across Ixalan - Did I miss something?

There has been so much grief on here (inc. from me!) about super-long events, impossible leagues, node re-charge wait times, etc., then along comes ‘Across Ixalan - All Colours’.

It promises so much - 2 days, four nodes, increasing difficulty from Normal to Legendary, special rules for each node. What fun!

Then I won every possible reward inside 15 minutes on the first node in three matches.

So I can’t help but wonder - did i miss something?

Nope! Across Ixalan used to be a daily event (think Rising Tensions), so you are supposed to be able to hit progression quickly. I agree its probably too quickly, but that’s not really a big deal. If you haven’t played it yet I would definitely recommend going through all the nodes at least once, they’re pretty fun to play with.
