Aliance handling enhancements

Hi all,

I propose the following topics to grant alliance function more usability:

  • points got from the last week by aliance member (in both pvp and pve);
  • ranking index number (calculated by all covers and they levels);
  • characters given for others in the last week;
  • comment field for commanders by each aliance member or some kind of rankings by star.png
    or so.
