This is a question because I’m curious - I already filed an issue on this in the “Bugs and Technical Issues” forum, but I want to know if anyone noticed the same thing.
So on Friday I was playing as normal, and I noticed something odd. About 90% of my Roster of 57 characters were listed as “Downed.” What’s more, they were listed as downed for quite a long time, I believe it was 15d 23h or something like that. After a few moments of “what the hell?!?” I scrutinized the characters who were and weren’t “downed,” and I realized that it was every single character who had their hit points increased by the recent change.
This could have been absolutely catastrophic - no customer service available because it was Friday, and it was the middle of both a PVP and PVE. Fortunately I was in the last few hops of PVP and I didn’t really care about the PVE, so I decided just to give it a bit of time and see what happened. Two hours later all the characters that were downed were still downed - I restarted my tablet and it made no difference.
Between playing pretty casually, I’ve gone through and used Health Packs to revive most of my roster - at this point I have everyone I’m likely to use within the next few days revived. When I lose a character in PVP or PVE, the character is “downed” for a normal amount of time, so the Health Packs did fix those particular characters. I still have 13 characters in that status, though - they now indicate they’ll be available in 13d 7h.
I didn’t see a hue and cry on the boards, so clearly this wasn’t a widespread issue. Casting back to exactly what I was doing when the patch hit - I was playing “Lord of Thunder” and just had a TPW - possibly that was the cause.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
