Since all of the other sets give you at least a whisper of a chance this looks like an oversight / bug. Seems to me I remember that when Ix came out this issue was in place, then got fixed. Back again?

Seems that there was some ninja fix. Now both mp are visible and there is percentage of chance on xln boosters
