I haven’t been able to find an alliance guide that explains things such as:
Cost scaling in adding new slots to your alliance (It appears to go 600 , 700… ) how does the cost scale?
Kicking, Rejoining an alliance, do we have a for sure time frame on this?
What commanders current can do, versus other users.
Any other alliance tips… 
It goes up by 100 with each slot purchased.
Commanders can kick or promote other members,
I think its an hour before you can rejoin an alliance if you were kicked. Im not 100% sure though.
