Just saw with NB3 preset decks that having an alternate art card does not count towards completing that deck.
NB3 expert deck has Sarkhan Mythic vanguard in it which I got from last planechasing event but is not included.
That’s intentional.

Feels a but strange though, introducing special art cards that are somehow at a premium, but don’t count in all areas. Then they should have changed the name slightly as well and given it a slightly better ability.
