Just purchased a premium pack of the new amonkhet set (with supposedly higher drop rates) I got the spinny ‘claiming product’ icon and the app became unresponsive, had to restart it. Lost 300 crystals for no cards. Anyone else experience the same?

Yes: two in my coalition just now. It’s really astonishing in how many ways they can screw their game.
I tried openning a pack I got from Trial of Plane :Green, same thing. No cards. But I open a pack I got from Black plane, it opened fine, but no cards from the new set.

btw i also won 2 amonkhet boosters only to be able to open just one of them, the other one disappeared :S

I opened one no problem, but this happened to a coalitionmate this morning.
Hi Everyone. Apologies for the issues. The developers are aware of this occurrence, and there is an active bug report in the database right now.
In the meantime, I would recommend sending in a support ticket so Customer Support can assist you with claiming your purchase.
Not much of a real answer. Sorry to be blunt. But please just give the information as it is. Will make things a lot easier.
This happened to be twice!
The first time, I was told that the pack was confirmed and credited to my library. I did not believe it as I had no “new” cards marked. The second time, the same thing happened (as described in the first post). When looking at my library, there were two new mythics added! So it is a glitch and you don’t get to enjoy the endless tapping of opened cards and the occasional wiggle for rares and better. But they do go straight to your library.
HOWEVER!!! I noticed that any dupe pulls are NOT showing up in my library… Anyone else have this?..
