My Anniversary Vault is showing as Post-Event so I’m not able to “properly spend” the 10th Anniversary tokens I’m earning. Are others seeing the same thing?

This is intentional, you can use them on the closed vault, or save them for the vault during the upcoming anniversary.
Ah, thanks MoosePrime. I missed that detail that the 10th Anniversary Vault was not going to open until October.
