Anyone else stockpiling tokens?

I’ve noticed other forumites have done this and while I used to open them relatively immediately, not pulling any golds for a long period of time made me not want to open them anymore. I’m currently over 200 tokens and for the most part, I want to open them when they update the pool. (The only tokens I’ve opened lately have been for ISO Brotherhood, as I saw people were getting Furys and I wanted to see if I could get one. Out of 7, I got one Fury and 1500 ISO. Used three tokens two nights ago, which had Nick, and four yesterday.)

Anyone else stockpiling and if so, how many do you have and when are you planning on pulling them?

I’ve been stockpiling for a few weeks - have I think ~215 standards, 41 heroics, and a heroic 10-pack. I’ve been opening event tokens.

I’m just waiting for them to update the pool. I need about 4 covers for the 3s currently in the pool (I haven’t completely settled on a build for Lazy Storm): Black Hulk, Yellow Falcon (for respec), and 2 black covers (and maybe a yellow cover) for Lazy Storm. I need ten covers just between Deadpool and Captain Marvel, so the pool getting updated gives me a much better chance of pulling a usable cover. Adding Nick Fury into the pool helps too, especially since it looks like daily and season rewards may finish off my other 2 4s for me.

I’ll pull when Captain Marvel and Deadpool are added, probably especially since I imagine Fury will be added at the same time. I’m champing at the bit to get them, since I did the math and there’s probably on the neighborhood of 40k ISO in those tokens I’d like to get at.

I think I’m up to 120 heroic tokens. At this point I’m not really saving for anything but rather there’s nothing I want from the current heroic packs so why waste them? The only heroes I’m missing covers on are Nick Fury, She-Hulk, Captain Marvel, Deadpool, and Mohawk Storm. Only Nick Fury is top tier, while Deadpool is playable, but neither are even in the heroic tokens yet. I didn’t bother saving any standard token because I figure the chance of getting a 3* or 4* is too small to bother.

I have received 4 iso Brotherhood event tokens a day, eveyday, since the event began. 2 from personal placement and 2 more from alliance placement. As soon as I get all 4, I cash them in. Several members in my alliance have gotten Fury, as well as reading about others on here.

Not only did I use all my iso event tokens, but I also bought the daily deal everyday.

And I have not … gotten … one … single … Fury … cover.

Maybe my luck is just super sucky. Oh well, maybe next time. icon_e_wink.gif

I’ve been stockpiling since the end of season four - up to seven heroics and 30 something standards so far.

I assume they’re all going to give me ISO but I’ll save all that up for the end of season five so I can get all my disappointment in one lump.

I don’t save anything, I’m a finisher.. Besides I need the ISO, to me tokens are ISO vouchers. The gold pulls I’ve had lately are unususable too anyway, as I have most characters covered..

I hope they’d be quick with cover rotations and pull some old covers for newer ones and maybe like add the whole guardians of the galaxy in one event LOL.. Some krutacking racoon fans can always hope icon_e_biggrin.gif

At a 2.3 % chance it sure is peculiar that you didn’t get one yet. I am not saying the RNG is conspiring against you. But I am also not not saying it. Maybe a 42 pack could sway your luck? icon_e_confused.gif

There doesn’t seem to be much point in stockpiling event tokens. But I am hoarding my heroic tokens since I don’t have any Cpt Marvel Covers.

I have 20 saved so far and at 97.7 chance of not getting fury. The chances of me getting no fury from 20 tokens is 62.8% so currently its not even 50:50 yet - need another 10 tokens to cross that point. So by the end of the event I should have a 50 50 chance of getting one cover for fury.

56 Standard and 14 Heroic so far, gonna save till they add Fury to the Heroics, and if i’m lucky i’ll get the 3 She-Hulk covers i need to complete my 3* collection.

I tend not to save tokens, but with the recent run of pulling **Magneto & **Capt. America (8x in a row), I actually might heed in doing so.

I used to open them almost immediately after getting them. I’ve managed to stockpile for a couple weeks now and am up to:
137 standards
38 +10 pack heroics

I’m waiting until Marvs, Deadpool, and Fury are added to the packs before opening.

This is all I currently need to cover all of the 3* characters
1 BP of any color (4/4/4), but ideally 1 black, 1 yellow
1 Falcon yellow to respec (4/5/4)
3 Deadpool - (5/3/2)
1 Storm black
2 DD covers (4/2/5)
3 Marvs covers (4/3/3)

Every other 3* is fully covered, but I don’t feel like leveling any of them, so I’m also sitting on 250k ISO.

BP, Sentry, Daken, Hulk, She-Hulk, Rags, Falcon, Deadpool, Bagdevil, Marvel, Mostorm and Fathor all need extra covers. CMags, Hood and Steve are fully covered but all need at least one more for a respec.

Cmags. Forgot him. He’s at 533. So ideally one more red and purple to be in prime position to respec in 6 months when that nerf goes through.

I’ve redeemed 41 SRTs twice now (82 total) and pulled 4 Golds from each, each time. That’s 8 3* covers

Yeah I keep thinking they gotta add fury to Heroics soon. 380 standards, 22 heroics, 5 heroic 10 packs. Really no chance of getting anything i need so they are just iso until new guys get added and if they just add she hulk ill be pissed.

Nah too impatient for that. The very concept is still alien to me despite knowing many people that do stockpile.

Same here. Patience may is a virtue, but apparently I’m not a very virtuous man. icon_e_biggrin.gif

(Nah, the reason is that I constantly use the iso I get from selling covers I don’t need to level characters.)

I’m trying to hoard…but its hard lol…I do think there is something to saving them up

Once i started i couldn’t stop. Currently have:

87 heroic
113 tokens from previous events
200 standards
14 - 10-packs

I usually crack 2-4 standards per day just to keep from opening heroics. I keep saying I’ll save them till there’s enough covers i need but i don’t see that happening so a-hoarding i shall continue to do.

I started hoarding Heroic tokens since Deadpool was introduced. Only 30 so far, but I will keep stacking them until those new 3*s are included in tokens. Standard tokens and special event tokens I usually open up right away.
