Thank you @Oktagon_Support ! Those of us that already played the event today and got the incomplete pack will get an updated pack as soon as the issue is corrected or do we all have to create a ticket with customer support?

Same for me. I entered the event just to get the new cards. I spent 100 gold for almost nothing :frowning:
Do you plan on doing something to compensate please ?

@Oktagon_Support partially, the standard booster I received BEFORE the fix still does NOT include NEO. The Standard booster received since the fix is correct as are the Exclusive boosters from before and after.

Edit: CS resolved this via a ticket

Unfortunately this fix doesn’t do anything if i opened the pack unknowingly
I didn’t know there was a problem untill after opened and realized neo had been removed (why would I) Is it appropriate to send in a ticket to get 100 Crystal’s back or a reissued pack?

I’m keeping one extra booster, so I can see if there has been added new cards to the booster pack.
What could possibly go wrong with that approach.

Hello everyone, is there any change in the card pool rewarded for this event with the new collection and cards rotations ? Just to know if I can spend my crystals to get new cards ?
