Black Widow's Espionage Bug

I noticed a bug with the 2* Black Widow’s Espionage. If a purple/blue/black tile does not have her symbol she doesn’t do the extra damage or steal 1 AP (I know the other team has to have that tile, she still isn’t stealing it).

I would figure that the ability would say only if it’s her tile to trigger the effect, but since it doesn’t I assume it’s a bug.

The ability text says, “When she attacks…” If your teammate attacks because they do more damage with that color, then her ability won’t trigger.
