I just got hp as bonus few times today, none of them got added to my total? Not sure about ios bonus. Am on Android latest update (updated today). Have restarted app to check. Still not there. HP from rewards still works.
You need to raise a ticket with the exact times this has happened. In my experience they draw out things as much as possible.
