My 453 carnage was tanking everything over the 573 level “The Hulk” when transformed.
it seems like it is retaining the original 454 level. Seems like a bug…
This has been a bug for a very long time. Only Banner gets the weekly boosts. Even back when he was released. Was funny as all heck. Banner would get the boosts and be a machine… then he’d hulk out and lose 2/3rds of his match damage and HP… 
did you fix this with the update of Banner?
