I’ve bought many heal packs, It says 5 heals for 200 hero points + 1 free one.. But i never seem to get the free one lol I’ve gotten it a few times now all with the same result

Health packs are 50HP each. The 5th one is the “Free” one.

No need. The way the market it, it does make someone who doesn’t know any better think that they will get 6.
