I accidentally dismissed a request, now the player can no longer send another request to my alliance, but is able to join others. Any solution, devs?

Had the same issue, you just need to wait a bit, and he’ll be able to send a request again.
But how long is a bit?
Well, yesterday it took my alliance buddy about an hour for the limit to cool down, as far as I remember.
No, my case is that I accidentally DISMISSED the request. The player can join other allicance, but unable to join mine. If a player LEAVE an alliance, he/she can join back after a cooldown time of around 15 min.
Yep I’m waiting on this exact issue.
The cooldown timer for being dismissed is far longer - or infinite
