Twice in two days I’ve seen an issue where it shows me the (old?) prize screen with the option to claim an ISO reward and share with friends or claim and discard extras. I hit the “share with friends” option, and it briefly goes to the black screen with counter-rotating red circles (no “loading” text), then back to the reward screen, then back to the circles without any input, and so on, basically indefinitely until I quit the app.

iPad Mini, first gen, iOS 7.1, app version R50.

Edit: the match still counted as a win, as I just got a progression reward in that PvE event (heroic Venom) when I logged back in.

This screen still comes up sometimes, and if I click the “discard extras” option it works normally.

I’ve opened a ticket with support on this as well.

I figured out the root of the problem. Something had failed with my iPad’s Facebook authentication in the Settings app of the iPad itself, and it needed the password re-entered.

It looks like the bug behavior in MPQ is in poorly handling failed or unavailable Facebook authentication from the system and continually retrying to find a set of friends to share with.

tl;dr: re-enter FB password in iPad settings.
