Chandra’s Incinerator didn’t trigger to damage my opponent’s creature when I used Chandra, Heart of Fire’s first ability targeting my opponent’s planeswalker. This trigger worked fine triggered by damage to pw by Pitchburn Devils or Awakened Flame (Chandra, Awakened Inferno’s first loyalty ability).
This happened in the Jiang Yanggu battle in the Duets of Mana - Tears and Memories event.

Same here- tried red Chandra deck - triggers on all skills, creature damage skills, but totally DO NOT TRIGGER on any vanguard skill damage - tried new ugin support - no reduction, the Royal scions - no reduction after resourcefull damage
