logged off and logged back on to make sure i did not have lag, Log back on 12 hours later and my ranks jumped by 40+
You say this every PVE. If you see the levels of your trivial nodes go down, then community scaling might be on. Personal scaling was never turned off.
not the only one who is saying it they admitted it before and i still say its on. by the way never said it in sim or i think the one before that or the one before that one.
