Combined Arms: no individual prizes??

I got only Alliance rewards, what happened?

I also experienced this/lack of sp reward…although, I jumped the gun and already sent in a ticket to support…Maybe should have hit refresh one more time before I hit send on that email… icon_redface.gif

Same here (Steam player), but it might arrive later… (although individual usually goes first, and the result sheet doesn’t announce rewards as about to come anymore).

My worry is that the results don’t show as “rewards pending”. I only got the alliance too…

Yeah, last time we had to wait a while for rewards it at least said “reward pending”. I didn’t get any rewards either and the icon doesn’t have that message for me.

I have the same problem on Steam version - did get alliance rewards and no sight of personal awards at all.

Red Names: A “we’re aware of the delay and we’re working on it” would do a lot for people right now.

the same for us (police academy alliance). only alliance reward.

Same here. Alliance reward, no personal. Hopefully it’s just a delay.

I PM’d Hi-Fi; he said they’re looking into it.

Had this too, but last week I got my personal rewards for an event first and about twenty or so minutes later I got the Alliance rewards.

I’d say give it about two hours and then contact Customer Support.
