Contact Us - from the Help menu

I reached out to support via the “Contact Us” button via the Help menu back in October and I never got a response. I’m not concerned with the problem/issue any longer, but I’m wondering how to close it out?

I’ll have to reach out to support for swaps soon and I can’t since the “Contact Us” chat field is already filled with text from my last issue, with no replies.

I’m almost certain my last case/issue went nowhere and now I’m just sitting in limbo. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it cleared out?

Same issue here. Sent ticket Dec 05, got auto response and nada.
Since then, whenever I try to reach cs via in-game Help, there’s no answer at all.
What happens if my account gets locked or something? Where should I look for help then?

I have resolved this on advice from alliance @maqbaq , emailed separately to support@d3go.com
