The discussion on costumes in the Invisible Woman rebalance thread got me thinking on all of the alternate costumes I’d still like to see in game, so I thought I’d share my most wanted and ask what everyone else would most like to see added.
I’m glad to see the Future Foundation costume for Sue and would like to see them added for Reed and Grimm as well.
It’s tough. Often, they use alternate costumes as an excuse to release a totally different version of the character. Do we want a Sony video game costume for Peter Parker or do we want a totally new Spider-Man character?
I’ve often felt that they have missed an opportunity with Iron Man, for example. Tony has about a thousand different versions of his armor. They could easily release a ton of costumes for him.
It is a crime that we do not have either the Silver Centurion version nor his original armour as costumes. For alternate Iron Man I always wanted Arno Stark the Iron Man of 2020.
Unless these costumes are unlocked when ascending the toon to a higher ascension level, I don’t think we should let BS know how much we’d appreciate more costume options.
