Does anyone know a good counter for Polaris and BRB? They’re almost unstoppable.
Hi @thefrostking98 - welcome to the forum. It depends on your roster. I use Chasm to shut down the initial Protect tile drop and then someone to take down Polaris quickly. Normally that’s a boosted 5* with cheap powers. Maybe Shang Chi or Mighty Thor because they can generate AP faster than Chasm can steal it. Not fun when BRB is boosted though!
If you don’t have Chasm, Gorr is another option for shutting down the initial protect tiles. Okoye with Fantasticar pairs well with him.
Morbius is still a great counter to stop her getting out of control
Frankly? I use any pair of boosted characters and hope to kill Polaris because they kill me.
Mirror. Keep an eye on their AP esp blue but once she’s stunned they’re toast.
Polaris and Mthor. If you have Krakoa support you can put that on polaris and use b/p ap boost with all ap boost and stun enemy polaris immediately.
Polaris and BRB is a good counter to Polaris and BRB. For pick-3 it’s also fun to have 5* Juggernaut (1* ascended) as your 3rd if you have him. Once his green gets going on a bunch of shields it’s winfinite, and his black is a knockout punch in most cases. MThor is an obvious 3rd as well.
Polaris BRB team against another Polaris BRB team? Yes, but only if your third team member is 4* Thanos. He helps clear those SAPs with his blue passive. It’s a bless to rob an enemy BRB of his protects without actually matching or destroying them.
