they are not applying properly. example of my queue for 3* Gambit:

my goal was to apply all his non-black covers to his champ level so I click the button for his red and purple covers. but to find out later, it was applying his black covers at the bottom. after getting another red cover, I clicked the star icon to the right to apply the red cover but it applied the bottom black cover. now, I’m left with just 1 black cover in my queue. there goes my hopes to have a 0/0/5 Gambit unless I create a dupe now. on the other hand, he’s about to yield me a rogue cover.
