CP Legendary Token Redemption

Hello,

I see where 720 CP can be redeemed in order to level a 5* character, but where is the area for purchasing the Legendary Token with CPs?

I have two LT’s waiting to be redeemed. Is the purchase only available if the LT token count is zero?
