Nissa has some cards that affect “elf” creatures and I think Lilianna has some zombie-related cards. Aside from guessing from the artwork or looking the real cards up on gatherer, is there any way to tell a creature’s type?
Currently outside of the artwork/name, there is no designation for what each creature type is.
raidan is correct. No way to tell, other than a complete guess. They really need to distinguish: elves, goblins, zombies, and “tokens.”
Well tokens have no cost next to their name so that is a giveaway.

Not the token from Knightly Valor: that has a cost of {1}, apparently… 
Next patch confirmed to have creature types.
Not sure if it will distinguish tokens and non-tokens.
