WTF if going on with them i wait from Wednesday to respond to my ticket still nothing …almost a week and they say before it may pass 72 hours to respond to ticket..and now i cant count how much hours pass ..but i guess is more then 72
D3 you need serious help with customer support service ..this is extremely not good for your reputation … How hard is to sit on pc and respond to your customers to help them with simple things ?
Yes i dont receive rewards from server crash ..hood pvp ..and ask them to help me and for other stuff .still nothing ..i dont get my hood black cover from pvp and yeah it is very odd
Yeah, I mentioned that I didn’t receive my alliance rewards from the Deadpool PVE after the server crash and they proceeded to tell me about not logging in on multiple devices, how progression rewards take time, and asking whether or not my phone was rooted. I.e. nothing related to getting the logged out message when collecting my prizes and not getting all of them.
I also opened several tickets coz I didn’t t received rewards for the Hood PvP event. I got an answer today (after 1 week and dozens of tickets) and they finaly sent me my rewards.
Sure, because that whole month of silence they took preparing for SDCC for the 5 minutes in that one panel totally made sense, they’re surely doing the same for gamescon
Actually, just because a presentation is cut down to five minutes doesn’t mean it didn’t take a month to prepare
Usually you start out with a gazillion pages, all lovingly crafted, then boil that down to how many slides management wants, which can leave you with the task to compress those lovingly created 25 pages onto 2 slides, 3 if you’re lucky.
Having said that, their CS shouldn’t be the guys preparing presentations for SDCC, I don’t see much overlap there lol.
OK, well we (yes making an assumption here) don’t know a) how many people are dedicated to CS b) how many requests they are getting at any given time c) how long it takes for them to deal with each ticket d) what other jobs they have to do…all of this can lead to longer wait times
