happened to me some event, submited a ticket, had a reply asking for details, gave them details. ticket closed with them thanking me for providing details … nothing was given to compensate the top 5 lost cause of a bug.
Man.. I usually lurk but finally created an account. Same thing happened to me and screwed me out of top 5. I sent a ticket hoping for a fix. I just wish the customer service people will fix the issue. It’s so frustrating just to have your hardwork thrown away when there is a fix in the form of compensation.
