I noticed in my cards that I have 2 Ugin, the Ineffable. When I change they art work they are both the same. I asked my peeps in my coalition how many they have and some have 1 others 2.
The Japanese art Ugin card is a separate card from the normal Ugin card, is that what you mean?
You don’t need to own one to own the other.
You can only play one of them in a deck at a time.
You master each card separately and so you can gain XP and color mastery for both.
Also @khurram suggested we should call him Eugene and I like that a lot
