Hi, guys. It seems I can’t log into the game MtGPQ after this new update.
I saw other players reporting the same issue, but not in any specific post.
I remember that 2 updates before there was something similar, and it was related to players who needed the helpdesk services, as was my case now.
Please, help.
Maintenance screen is still popping up after the maintenance period. Clan mates are able to sign in. One other clan mate is unable to access the app for the same reason. Rebooting phone and app does not resolve the problem. Phones are android.
The maintenance screen is gone but I am now experiencing what @NoDogNo is encountering. I am also getting an error message and saying FB log in failed.
Yeah. Same issue.
In my case I’m trying to open the APP directly, then it just keeps spinning, and then an error message “Unable to connect to server. Please check your internet connection.”
When I skip the Facebook login and go to start (as if it were a new account), I get “Unable to connect to game server. Please check your internet connection.”
This is definitely a problem on d3go’s end. It looks like, once again, they updated and did maintenance without doing the very simplest of checks to make sure things were working.
