It’s a pun on the “Luck be a Lady” sub from the “Meet Rocket & Groot” PVE too.
I thought Google would be confused by searching “Duck be a lady” but apparently there is an episode of Duck Dynasty named that.
Well, the MR&G node is just taking the name from the well known song. The show that Kingpin is putting on, Guys and Gals, is a take on the real life musical Guys and Dolls, which features “Luck Be a Lady.”
I actually played Sky Masterson in a high school production of Guys and Dolls many (many) years ago, so I sang the song. So it has been playing through my head (in my own voice) for 24 hours. 
I played the cop because it was the role with the least amount of singing and dancing. I knew my limitations.
