MPQ started crashing on me today. It wouldn’t load so I had to reinstall. When I tried to load my save from facebook, it does not load anything. I’m back to nothing.
submit a ticket on that asap. Don’t try a different device as it may over-write.

Unfortunately, I did try a different device as I play on 2 devices. Fortunately, the other device worked fine. After fiddling with it some more, it somehow finally restored my account. So problem fixed for now.
