What the prompt says. If I have a full hand I cannot cast a Blue Finale.
This is different from literally ever other card in the game which draws cards.

I feel like this is a new bug since 3.7 but would appreciate a second opinion.
I used this in a Sexy Jace build until it was mastered and it did indeed cast, leaving my full hand and freeing up a slot, then fetched 1 card and gave it half mana.
With full stored mana, of course.
Dang, now I’ll have to try it again to confirm.

True; If you have 6 cards and cast a draw spell, that spell leaves your hand, so you should at least draw 1 card to fill it back up to 6.
