The flash ability on Murder does not interact properly with a creature with haste entering the battlefield then attacking.
I had Murder in hand, disabled and fully powered. Opponent casts Radha, and gets to attack with her without me having the opportunity to kill it. The next turn, when Radha had been around since the beginning of the turn, I was able to properly implement the Murder.

Same thing happening here. Murder + Captain Lannery Storm.
It worked for me. I was able to kill a haste creature that had just been summoned with my disabled murder.
It was the haste dragon 6/6 guy.
Well, in any case, investigation is needed.
I noticed the same. Sometimes you didn’t get an option to cast it on a Haste creature.
I had one match where I noticed it didn’t trigger early on. But later in the same match, against the same type of creature, it worked.
Murder has stopped flashing for me at all now.
I always have to manually cast it.
