Looks like another free cover promotion like the Dr Octopus one a while back. A quick Google search finds the following:

I still haven’t managed to get this one to activate for me.
I managed to get puzzle quest to activate by embedding the marvelpuzzlequest:// URI into a QR code, but it didn’t give me the cover. Maybe it’ll help someone else though:
edit: tried the QR code on my other device, and it gave me the cover. Not sure why it worked on one and not the other.
