When I restart the game if I have a new reward and an offer pops up in front of it, you cannot x out of the offer it freezes the game.
The same bug was also reported on the official Discord channel.
Many have experienced it, it has been going on for quite a while.
Personally I would turn off the daily “pop up” offers until this is fixed.
My experience goes something like this:
- Loads MPQ (Marvel screen takes a bit longer)
- $25 daily pop up appears (annoying)
- Press the back navigation button (Android) and the game closes. (Super annoying as that typically closes almost every other pop up)
- Do Step #1 again and a $50 daily popup occurs
- Try to close the popup and the game is frozen. (as you mentioned)
5a) Typically only happens if there is also an unclaimed reward. - Force close the app Do Step #1 again
- No offers appear and I can play until the next day’s offers. (and I claim my pending reward)
Each step gets progressively more frustrating than the last.
There is some sort of focus issue with the daily pop up offers and the placement of pending rewards. It almost acts like the reward is above the offer, and you get stuck. The daily reward appears “top most”, but doesn’t act like it.
