Quick Question. If you are on Steam and use the cloud Steam Sync, is all the relevant MPQ game data backed up there? I have not had to find out lately and just want to make sure it is a good way to back up the files. I know when I first began to play I would manually back up the files on different hard drive.

Your MPQ game should be restored if you have it synced using Cloud Steam Sync. If for some reason you aren’t able to load your saved game, you can contact our Customer Support at: mpqsupport@d3go.com
They can restore your game once you provide them with the missing account’s Agent Name, your current/temporary Agent Name and, if you ever made any purchases, they would need one purchase receipt to confirm you are the legitimate account owner.
