Full charges, it assigns me an opponent, but each time I try to start the match, it refuses to do anything but hang. Have waited up to 7 minutes, rebooted game and device. Other nodes load correctly.
Please note this bug existed previously (I found one such thread in November 2017), but we thought it was fixed.
Also having this issue on left node. I have tried changing chosen planeswalker in addition to the attempts mentioned by OP. The match placed me against an Elspeth on the left node if that helps.
If you can’t fix it now, please don’t try to fix it at all. Currently we’re all at least on equal ground - with the different sleep schedules, a fix would likely do more harm than good. Afterwards, just delete hod for good.
When starting match I always get a progress circle and never get the match. The only solution is to close the app and start it again. I can play the other two nodes without problem.
Though the match does not start I do not lose the charge.
Glad to know I’m not the only one having this issue with the match not loading. Same as everyone else I was able to choose a planeswalker, make a deck, but trying to start the match brings up the loading screen with the spinning loading circle but it never gives an error nor does it ever start the match.
Yeah if it got to full charges and some went to bed apparently when they would fix it they would lose a charge from that please just leave it the way it is
Add me, from South Africa. No action since beginning of event. I submitted a ticket, but don’t know if it will help, due to the weekend.
Seems like we’re all stuffed.
Add to that that this isn’t exactly my favourite event (I am NOT going to specially buy and level up Elspeth when I’d rather get a better red planeswalker, where I only have Chandra 1)
I agree with those people who advocate scrapping HOD. Let this be its last iteration.
PS: If the node is killed, the individual reward ceilings should be adjusted, as they were calculated for a 3-node event, not only 2.
