Wasn’t paying attention during the early stages of leveling him up, but I have this at least.

level 6 - Oketra’s Initiates level 1 = summon 1 1/1 Initiate of Oketra token with Reach.
level 7 - hit points +3
level 8 - green +1
level 9 - hit points +2
level 10 - add 1 to support
level 11 - hit point +3
level 12 - Forged By Might level 1 = As in the description, but with no pluses to power and toughness
level 13 - hit point +2
level 14 - black +1
level 15 - hit point +3
level 16 - add 1 to spells
level 17 - hit point +2
level 18 - Return From Exile level 1 = The last creature that was Exiled is returned to your hand
level 19 - hit point +3
level 20 - blue +1
level 21 - hit point +2
level 22 - regeneration improved
