Double Damage works fine against me when I cast this 
I had an opponent cast this in the “Revolt against the Consulate” yesterday and I noticed I wasn’t causing double damage against them 
There’s still the issue with this where the number displayed on screen is incorrect but the damage taken is. I had it work that way within the last few days.
