Seriously, why is this still unlocked? “I want to see what happens at -50” doesn’t seem to be the best modding technique when posters are speaking like this to other players. 
(Yes, aware that comment was prior to Hulk11’s recent attacks. But seriously… why leave things like this open?)
Because up until the people he attacked anybody, he wasn’t, strictly speaking, breaking any rules. His insulting posts were made as I was typing my response to his, hostile, but perfectly rule attending post. I attended to those posts (and locking the topic) as soon as I saw them (a.k.a. as soon as my post was posted).
