Besides the PVE where you could win it when it was new have they ever offered a 2nd chance (besides carnage) to get it in a PVE. Why not stop making new people and start putting old 4 stars in PVE so the people who missed them the first time has a chance to get them.

It hasn’t been done yet, if I remember correctly. I would assume 4s will start to be worked into the prize rotation once there are more to be circulated. With the current 10 or 11 available, they would rotate too quickly when compared to the 3 roster. I (baselessly) guess we won’t see repeats for PvE 4* placement until the number of 4*s hits closer to the 20s.
sounds like whatever PVE antman has gives 4*
nice if they would take 2 or 3 months off without new people and just redo the 4 stars that are now say every 3 weeks.. unless your 1 or 2 your never going to have another chance to get them unless you get lucky and pull them , what is doable i guess
