I’m only keeping the Mags Blue, which does max him out… but still… ugh. Not so much that I have too many maxed out characters, I am in need of a lot of 2* and 3* covers, but just not these guys. It was like looking at my own roster already lol
Wouldn’t you be better off getting 27 heroics at 100 each for the same price? That pretty much guarantees at least one 3*.

For the most part, if you are using hp you have already said “f it” to the waiting game though so…
From the values here (insanely small sample, bit you could guess roughly this anyway) I would assume that its a decent deal (worse than 1 100 pack a day most likely though) as long as 1. You aren’t looking for a specific cover. 2. You don’t have all that many coves so that fewer covers are “useless” 3. They don’t have a “guaranteed” pack up a a decent price. For example, a rag/magneto version of the doom pack would easily be better for most than this. Of course, if they saturated the game with that many ragnaroks the game would go downhill fast. At least doom isn’t a top tier cover . He is about a B+ sans lightning rounds/buffed.
